Named after Cardinal Ludovico II De Torres, this library belonged to the local archiepiscopal seminar, to which the Cardinal donated his personal book collection. Today, this libary hosts part of the collection that once belonged to the Cappuccini, that was brought to this building when the monatery was forced to close by the well-known 1866-law.
